Changing your mind
For eligible items, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us using the Nookbeam contact form before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
Items returned under our extended 30-day policy should be unused, in their original condition and with any included accessories and packaging. This additional policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel
For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. Some products are exempt from this right, including certain personalised items and sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after unsealing, where the relevant rules apply.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as you can so we can help resolve it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by this policy.
How to arrange a return
- Visit our contact page and send a message to the Nookbeam team with your order number.
- We will confirm the return instructions and where the item should be sent.
- Package the item carefully and retain proof of postage.
Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for return postage, as explained when you arrange your return. Where the law requires us to cover return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods, we will do so.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. For statutory cancellations, we will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.
